You may want to try afterburner if you're not happy with precisionX. Overclocks, temp targets, and static set fans will stay applied when px1 is closed. Px1 needs to be open for custom fan curves to be applied. I would set a constant speed that sounds good to you and check again for temps.

You can have the program start minimized and just stay in your tray as a small icon. all throttling etc is done at driver level and not impacted by px1 running. With Precision for Android you can increase shaders, tweak voltage, or increase that fan speed in real-time during benchmarks or while gaming without ever leaving the screen. Yeah you need it to be running all of the time. At first thought you may be thinking why would I use my phone with a limited range of Bluetooth when I can just do this task right on my PC? I’ll tell you why. You’ll need Bluetooth on your PC in order to use Precision X for Android as that is how they communicate with one another. Now there is a small catch here, but it was to be expected.
